Welcome to the future of neurotherapeutics drug discovery.
Leading novel target discovery for brain longevity and neurodegeneration with single cell transcriptomic AI models

Our Mission
At Collage, we are dedicated to developing effective treatments for neurodegeneration, mental health, and the aging brain, enabling longer, healthier lives for all. Around the world, millions are losing memories, identities, and futures to diseases we still cannot stop. It is a crisis growing faster than science has kept pace.

But, the past does not have to define our future.
Collage is forging a bold new path in neurotherapeutic drug development, powered by cutting edge technology, scientific excellence, and a relentless spirit of urgency. Humanity cannot wait any longer.

Discover how we are challenging the status quo by reshaping the future of brain health.
Quality over quantity
Single cell insights into human neurobiology
Single cell genomics has revolutionized biological discovery, yet quality is often sacrificed for quantity. The most widely used platforms capture only the very ends of transcripts. AI models trained on this inaccurate data are destined to fail.
Collage's platform captures full-length transcripts, powering our ATLAS AI-platform that is driving unique insights into the neurobiology of human disease.

Human models for human disease
Stem cell derived organoid models
Traditional animal models often fail to capture human-specific disease mechanisms. Our best-in-class human brain organoids platform enables us to discover the root causes of disease and test therapeutics in living human neurons.

A focus on longevity
Giving humanity the gift of time
There is no treatment that will preserve the brain in the face of aging. Neurons lost will never be recovered. Our AI models are identifying new biological targets that can preserve neural function so that we can all have longer, healthier cognitive function.
About
Collage Biosciences was founded by Neal Amin MD PhD, a former Stanford Assistant Professor and board-certified physician scientist based on his research published in esteemed journals including Nature, Cell, and Science. Collage develops AI-driven models of human neural transcriptomes for RNA drug discovery from their San Francisco laboratory based in the MBC BioLabs incubator.
